Q: Other than ribeye cut thin, what other beef can I use for chicken fried steak?
A: You can use cutlets or sirloins pounded thin.

Q: What is the heat source of Grady’s outdoor grill?
A: Hardwood that is burned to coals.

Q: What type of grill is Grady cooking on?
A: The first few episodes, Grady used a grill that was at the ranch where the show is filmed. Unfortunately we don’t have information about that particular grill. The remaining shows were filmed using Grady’s favorite grill, the Big Green Egg.

Q: How do I order Grady’s cookbook?
A: All  of Grady’s cookbooks can be found and purchased through Amazon.com.

    I am looking for the grill used on your show. It is the round grill with the jack mounted on the side to adjust the grill height. It looks to be about 2 to 3 feet in width. Who makes the grill?, and where can I purchase one?

      Thank you for your comment. Actually Grady prefers to cook on the “Big Green Egg“. He uses that grill in upcoming episodes. For the first few episodes he used the grill that was at the ranch where the show was filmed. Unfortunately we don’t have information about that particular grill. Keep watching and you’ll see why the Big Green Egg is better!
