Cowboy Cooking for RodeoHouston Visitors

Texas chef Grady Spears, author of several books including The Texas Cowboy Kitchen, is making his presence felt at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, along with Mark Cornish, senior executive chef for ARAMARK, as they determine what chuckwagon chow to prepare for the Reliant Park visitors.

Chef Spears and ARAMARK-Connoisseur are partners in creating the menu that features recipes inspired by Texas for the rodeo and other Reliant Park venues throughout the year. Visitors can taste any of Spears’ Lone Star cuisine.

The two chefs show FOX 26 Morning News anchor Natalie Bomke how to prepare meatloaf with a layer of bacon.
