If you know Grady, you know he’s all about keeping things simple, using the freshest ingredients available in recipes prepared, well, “The Cowboy Way”. Grady’s Line Camp –  it’s rustic…but really elegant at the same time. We think it’s the perfect setting for a romantic Valentine dinner. Perhaps a little off the beaten path, but definitely worth the drive.

Who can resist the open air at-home feeling together with a welcoming, attentive staff, candlelight, western art, and dishes prepared with love by the Cowboy Chef himself?

We hope you’ll reserve your table for a special evening of “Line Camp Love” this Valentine’s Day. We’ll serve from our regular dinner menu. Reservations please.

The opening reception will feature a catered dinner by celebrity cowboy-chef Grady Spears of Fort Worth. Participants will have a chance to meet Grady, David and Bob during the evening and will get a private viewing of the art show before it opens to the public. Tickets required in advance.
